Isabelle Malivoir is a Franco-Belgian journalist and editor-in-chief at TV5MONDE, the international French-language television channel. Since 2010, she is the presenter of the television news each week ends for the channel. After brilliant studies in journalism at Université Libre de Bruxelles, at La Sorbonne and at the Journalists Training Centre in Paris, Isabelle Malivoir is following her passion for international stakes in working for various media in Brussels, Paris and Phnom Penh. She is now specialized in their television treatment.

After obtaining a degree in biology and another in project management in environment, Lucie Bauer turned towards the international, with professional experiences in the fields of waste management, scientific cooperation and renewable energies, in several countries ( Australia, Argentina, Vietnam, England, France, Cambodia). She is now responsible for the export of energy self-consumption solutions from Sirea Group in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Mr. Patrick Basset - COO of AccorHotels Southeast and Northeast Asia
Patrick Basset joined AccorHotels group first in 1983 at the Novotel Al Sadeer in Bagdad, then became Chief Executive Officer respectively of the Sofitel Doha Palace in Qatar, the Novotel Accra in Ghana and the Novotel Turquoise Side in Turkey. Since 1993, Patrick Basset has been in charge of the Asian area. He was at the head of the Novotel Bangkok of Siam Square, the flagship property of AccorHotels at that time. Being the Director of Operations, he led the development of the group in South-East and North-East Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Laos, Burma and the Philippines) before being named Chief Executive of Ibis Thailand, and Chief Executive of AccorHotels in China, South Korea, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Her Excellency Eva Nguyen Binh - French Ambassador to Cambodia
Eva Nguyen Binh is the French Ambassador to Cambodia since June 2017. As a diplomat, she worked for the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs both in Paris and abroad (India, Portugal, Vietnam, Cambodia) mainly on political affairs as well as technical and cultural co-operation. She had also worked for the private sector, as Corporate Public Affairs manager for the Michelin tire company. She was awarded of the title of Chevalier of the Légion d’honneur in 2016.
Mr. Christophe Bories - Head of the Regional Economic Service and Advisor in Economic Affairs
He joined the French Treasury in 2004, where he occupied several positions dealing with banking affairs, international debt management, bilateral economic relationships and summits’ preparation. More recently, he was the Head of the regional economic service for Oceania and the Pacific before he was appointed Deputy Assistant Secretary for Bilateral Economic Relations in October 2018.

Holder of a Master Degree in Communications and Marketing from ESCP-EAP European School of Management, with a dual competence in Biotechnologies from the Sciences Faculty of Lyon. Nadine Brun worked at bioMérieux for 12 years, holding different functions in Global Marketing and Global Customer Service at bioMérieux Corporate Headquarters in Lyon, France. She has spent the last 4 years as Senior Director for Global Marketing in Microbiology, managing teams in France and in the USA (Missouri and North Carolina). Nadine is currently the General Manager for ASEAN area.

Michel Cassagnes has more than 20 years’ experience in several countries: Portugal, France, Australia, China, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. He has practiced architecture and urban design while conducting multi-disciplinary design teams. Michel has worked on a wide range of projects from shopping centers in China and Vietnam to hotels & resorts in Vietnam, Laos and Australia to residential and commercial buildings in Cambodia. His design team won the BCI 2015 Green Leadership award for the Laurelton Diamonds Project in Phnom Penh.

Mr. Johnson Choi is Executive Director and Vice President of the Hong Kong Sunwah Group whose activities flourish all around the world. Mr. Choi is a member of the Liaoning Committee of the CPPCC of the People’s Republic of China. He has followed his father, Dr. Jonathan Choi, in supporting the group’s projects on science, education and cultural development and exchange. In addition to the family business, Mr. Choi actively promotes international exchanges and cooperation in trade and commerce including business cooperation between Hong Kong and other countries. Mr. François Corbin - President of the ASEAN committee for MEDEF International and General delegate nearby the President of Michelin Group for international affairs
Graduated from the engineering school Centrale Paris (1979), he joined Michelin Group in 2014 and took the lead of the Aircraft tire Product Line. In 2017, he is appointed Executive Vice President of the Progress and Corporate Development, and supervises Corporate Development, Prospective, Mergers and Acquisition, Venture Capital and Progress of the company. He is managing the transformation of the group and is the General secretary of the Executive Committee. He sits on the Michelin Foundation Board and has been recently named General Delegate to the President for International Affairs.
At MEDEF International, he ensures the coordination in the ASEAN ,and chairs the French-Thaïland Business Council as well as the French-Laos, the French-Vietnam, the French-Cambodia and the French-Myanmar business councils.

About 8 years ago, Cécile Dahomé co-founded Sevea Co., Ltd, a consulting company based in Cambodia providing strategical and operational support to development partners, corporates, NGO and social enterprises in the development of their social and environmental impact strategies in emerging markets. Her experience in sustainable and inclusive development, low carbon initiatives and circular economy led her to the moderation of the plenary session and round table about “Smart Cities in ASEAN”.

Olivier Dessajan is a professional French-Chinese Culture consultant and operator of senior medical care nursing home. He graduated from ESSEC Business School and Paris Dauphine University, majored in an Executive Master Business Administration (EMBA). He has been for 7 years the China country general manager of Colisee Group, the fourth-largest European provider of elderly care facilities and solutions. He is also for 5 years General Manager of the joint venture “China Merchants Colisée”.
Mr. Etienne Drouet - Director of Engie Lab in Singapore
Director of Engie Lab Singapore, Étienne Drouet is specialized in Smart Energy and environmental solutions with a strong focus on Smart Cities. Since 2019 he is also leading the Urban Business Line of Tractebel Asia Pacific, an Engie subsidiary. In his previoused experiences, he designed Big Data’s solutions and developed cyber security expertise. He worked on the construction of digital services in business thematic such as gas distribution and transport and water distribution.
Mr. Martin Duplantier - Chairman of AMO (Architecture et Maître d'Ouvrage)
Martin Duplantier is graduated from HEC (in 2003) and the École Normale Supérieure of Architecture in Paris-Malaquais (in 2007). Moreover, he followed a Master Degree of Urban Planning at the Institute of Bordeaux (in 2012). Strongly concerned about sustainable development issues, he had led his first experimentations in China, Mexico and in Niger, where, within the association Akaras, he was developing a woodless construction model, fully in soil. He had worked with international agencies, first at Gerkan, Marg und Partners Architekten in Berlin, then with David Chipperfield Architects in London where he joined the team in charge of international contests. He currently leads the rehabilitation and construction of 16 University buildings in Bordeaux (Operation Campus) and reviews the architecture of reconstruction at Pessac Arago. He is also managing territory-wide projects.
Mr. Arnaud Favry - Asia Pacific Strategic Initiatives Manager at bioMérieux
Arnaud started his career as a political advisor in the cabinet of the French Minister of Health & Sports (2008-2010), then of the Minister of Social Affairs (2010-2011). In 2011, he joined Institut Mérieux and represented the company in Beijing, where he was in charge of institutional and public relations, as well as representing Merieux Developpement in the country, the group’s private equity fund. In 2017, he was appointed Asia Pacific Strategic Initiatives Manager for bioMérieux, based in Singapore. Arnaud is also the co-founder of the Marco Polo Institute, a think tank aiming at identifying innovative public policies and corporate practices in China. Arnaud graduated from Harvard Business School (MBA, 2016) and Sciences Po Paris (Bachelor, 2008; MPA, 2010). He also holds a bachelor degree in Chinese language and civilization from the National Institute of Oriental Studies in Paris (INALCO).
Mr. Antoine Fontaine - President of the Cambodia Committee of the CCE, Founding Partner of Bun & Associates
Holder of a doctorate in insurance law and lawyer at the Paris Bar, Antoine has been based in Cambodia since 1999, where he led the French legal cooperation project at the Royal University of Law and Economics. He founded Bun & Associates in 2006 where he is responsible for insurance, tax, labour and health law matters. Antoine was President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2010 and has chaired the Cambodia Committee of the CCE since December 2018.
Dr. Didier Fontenille - Director at Institut Pasteur of Cambodia
Didier Fontenille is a researcher on tropical diseases and an expert in national and international organizations. After a career in Africa and Europe, mainly focused on the fight against malaria, yellow fever, dengue fever and Chikungunya, he is currently the Director of the Institut Pasteur of Cambodia: 290 employees and trainees, conducting research (tuberculosis, antibiotic resistance, HIV, hepatitis, malaria, dengue fever, rabies) and offering health services (medical biology and vaccination).
Mrs. Cécile Ga – Product Manager at Laboratoires Servier
After becoming a Pharmacist and graduated from ESSEC Singapore in Strategy and Management, Cécile started her career in marketing for les Laboratoires Servier in Cambodia, for hypertension and diabetes medicines. She recently launched a multichannel project of therapeutic education for patients suffering from type 2 diabetes.

Meng has more than 20 years of experience working in the travel industry. After gaining invaluable experience with his own travel company, Meng became part of the EXO family in 2000, as well as becoming the Chairman of the Cambodian Association of Travel Agents (CATA) and Chairman of the regional travel body, ASEAN Tourism Association. Meng is also a serial entrepreneur with successful track record in Distribution, Learning and in Entertainment. Recently Meng announced a massive tourism project in Siem Reap named Angkor Wildlife and Aquarium.

Trained as an engineer and a graduate of the ENA, Frederic Kaplan began his career at the Ministry of Defence and then at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in international relations (Maghreb, Beirut, Stockholm). He was then appointed Deputy General Manager / Operations of the Ubifrance agency, and then Head of Economic Services for the Middle East (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Palestinian Territories and Israel), then later in the same position for Canada. After being appointed Deputy Managing Director of Business France, he became Minister-Counsellor for Economic Affairs of the ASEAN region.

Graduated from the National School of Administration (École Nationale d'Administration (ENA)), and the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) , Christophe Lecourtier has a diploma in political sciences from IEP Paris. He worked in several positions for the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry where he has served as Advisor in charge of international economic relations of Francis Mer, Nicolas Sarkozy then special advisor of Christine Lagarde. He was the first chief executive of Ubifrance (French Agency for the international development of companies), and then became the French Ambassador in Australia. He is now Group CEO of Business France since 2017 and has been mandated by the French government to reform the national system of support of exporters and of promotion of the attractiveness.
Mr. Edouard Lesellier - Founder and CEO of SafetyNet Health Insurance
Edouard Lesellier holds a Master of Engineering from ‘Institut Mines Telecom Atlantique’ and a MBA from INSEAD. After 18 years with AXA in the Middle East and Asia in health insurance operations and proposition roles, Edouard has decided to settle in Phnom Penh at the end of 2017 to accelerate a personal project started a year earlier. SafetyNet proposes health insurance solutions for Cambodian Middle and Affluent class under a multi generation family plan which allows the older generations to get private health insurance.
Mr. Emmanuel Menanteau - Director Asia at Vinci Airports
Emmanuel Menanteau began his career in 1993 at French Multinational Company Sextant Avionique where he held several positions, first as Sales and Marketing Manager then as the Head of the company’s office in India. In 2001, he joined France’s Thales in 2001 before joining Vinci Airports in 2011 as Chief Executive Officer, Cambodia Airports, a subsidiary of VINCI. He was also in charge of VINCI Airports development activities in South East Asia. In April 2018, Emmanuel Menanteau was appointed Director Asia of VINCI Airports.

Stéphane Nuss graduated from the INSA-ENSAIS Engineering School in Strasbourg (France) in Engineering and also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the HEC School of Management in Paris. He worked in the energy, engineering and technology sectors for companies such as Veolia Environment, Alten Group and Airwell Group. With 15 years of business experience, he currently is the Vice President of Business Development for the East Asia and Japan region for Schneider Electric, leading the company’s strategy and business development.

Xavier Piérard is CCE since 2003 and Secretary General of the National Committee of Foreign Trade Advisers of France since 2014.
